Other than that, the video idea simply came from the line, "and the lake has alligators". ~~~ Technical bits...Some Photoshopping was done with the roses shown in the beginning and ending sequences. The actual roses were red and were used with a scene with Tamaki in one of the episodes. I took out the background scene, made the roses transparent and coloured the roses according to each character's given colour as seen in the actual anime (Tamaki = green, Honey = pink, etc. etc.). There are a lot of inside jokes for Ouran fans in this video, but non-Ouran watchers seem to enjoy it as well. Reasons for Making: Upon watching the first arc of Sailor Stars it finally dawned on me that Usagi is actually a very inspiring person. Despite all odds she will fight for what she believes is right and is willing to do whatever she can. She may have started out just a whiney crybaby, but Usagi definitely matures in the series to be very powerful and an amazing individual. Age When Created: 16 In a nutshell: "Basil of Baker Street's Inverness cape goes missing! Yet no one seems to know where it went to..." I blame this on listening to the eyecatch music for Ojamajo Doremi # (Sharp) far too much. This animation I drew entirely on Photoshop and then edited together with Premiere. The characters shown (apart from Blackwell; second to last female character shown) are my interpretations of the characters from Eve Titus' "Basil of Baker Street" mystery series and Disney's "The Great Mouse Detective". The animation parodies the Ojamajo Doremi # eyecatch and even uses the same music. Hope you enjoy! Age When Created: 16/17 (I had a birthday during the week I was making this. ^^;; ) Reasons for Making: The first time I heard "Iris" was over three years ago and I had only recently finished Kaitou Saint Tail. The song suited Meimi and Asuka's relationship so perfectly; this amv idea had been growing inside my mind for those three years. I had scenes and everything planned in my head but at that time, three years ago, I could not have possibly made the amv up to the quality it is today. I also did not have access to DVD footage. But then finally, I was able to borrow my friend's DVDs and this amv was finally made only after three days of editing.
