A quick tribute to an Anime i really like called Spice and Wolf. Horo is the wolf goddess of the harvest in a small village where Lawrence Craft goes as a merchant and meets her. Since the Church showed up, worship and belief in Horo has faded, so she leaves her village to travel with Lawrence to seek her homeland in the North. They become close friends.

Jesus Camp 2/3
It's my opinion that this camp will make kids unable to cope with reality or be able to reason and arrive at conclusions on their own. When they enter real life, their worlds just might crash around them. Faith is a good thing, but relinquishing control of your own mind is another. What do you think? Made by A&E and Magnolia Pictures

Michael St. Claire Interview with Project Camelot
<a href="http://projectcamelot.org/michael_st_clair.html" target="blank">Project Camelot interviews Michael St. Claire</a>: Zen of Stars: Michael St Clair, Futurist and Visionary
Montreux, Switzerland, September 2006 Project Camelot had the great pleasure of interviewing Michael St Clair, a renowned futurist and visionary, at the magical Chateau de Chillon in Montreux. St Clair has written a book called Zen of Stars that addresses the transformations and earth changes which are coming in the next few years.
As he says: "We are psychic beings inhabiting a physical reality." St Clair is a synthesist who covers areas as diverse as astrology, astronomy, cosmology and the evolution of the human soul. Inspired by the work of Krishnamurti, he talks about the future of the planet Earth and our growing awareness that is launching us into an enlightened view of the merging of realities.
His work centers around the notion of the growth of small communities and safe places where those who wish to ride out the coming years can live true to their ideals while maintaining the calm necessary to be ports of shelter to those around us.

Boriska 1/3
<a href="http://projectcamelot.org/boriska.html" target="blank">Project Camelot interviews Boriska</a> Boris Kipriyanovich is an Indigo Child, probably the most famous in Russia.
<a href="http://www.starchild.co.za/what.html" target="blank">What IS an indigo child?</a>
Boriska, or 'little Boris', was featured in Pravda here and here, after Gennady Belimov, a university professor in the Volgograd region of Russia, witnessed Boriska, then aged just seven, astound an adult audience during a camping trip in which he held them spellbound for an hour and a half as he recounted tales of past lives on Mars and Lemuria, and warned of catastrophes due to affect the Earth in 2009 and 2013. Belimov had the presence of mind to record Boriska's monologue, and within a short time word was spreading within Russia about what this diminutive prophet had to say, especially once the story was picked by Moscow's premier newspaper.
Word gradually filtered to the west via a Pravda article that made it on to the internet. Meanwhile, there had been a short piece about him in Nexus Magazine which had stirred up a huge amount of interest.

Project Camelot's Interview with "Mr.X"
<a href="http://projectcamelot.org/mr_x.html" target="blank">Mr. X at Project Camelot</a> A video interview with "Mr X", a former UFO archivist
Landers, California, May 2006 "Mr X", as he has come to be known, came forward quite unexpectedly in December 2005, posting a message to Bill Ryan on the Serpo website contact page. His story was unusual and important. He claimed that, back in the 1980s, he was employed by a Californian defense contractor as an archivist. Working long hours in a locked vault, he opened large mail bags full of photos, videotapes, alien artifacts, and volumes of top secret eyes-only documents that told the story behind Roswell, alien visitation and the government's careful handling of what was documented evidence of reverse engineering of alien craft.
Softly spoken, polite and truthful to a fault in all appearances, Mr X was hard to ignore and impossible to disregard as anything but what he seemed to be: a hard working believer in the ET presence and courageous crusader on behalf of disclosure. He has chosen to put himself and his family on the line in coming forward. We salute him and applaud his valor.

Hercules and Cleo apologise to Hans after the disastrous wedding feast. Hans finds himself sick...the other "freaks" rise up to defend their humiliated friend. Unfortunately the true ending to this was edited out...i have searched for it to no avail. Info about it exists, but not footage.

Hans spoils Cleopatra with expensive gifts, ditching his fiancee Frieda, to her sorrow. Phroso the clown and Venus, the only "normals" besides Madame Tetrallini who are kindly to the "freaks" get together. Daisy and Violet Hilton, the Siamese Twins, now have their own respective fiancees. Hans marries Cleopatra, thinking she loves him, but at the wedding feast, she reveals her monstrous self.

Freaks 1/3
Tod Browning's 1932 banned classic. Part One introduces the characters and shows how different "normals" treat the "freaks", from condescendingly cruel, to kind and loving. Cleopatra the "normal" beauty toys with the love of Hans the midget, right in front of Frieda his finacee's face.

From the Wiki: "Freaks began filming in October 1931 and was completed in December. Following disastrous test screenings in January 1932 (one woman threatened to sue MGM, claiming the film had caused her to suffer a miscarriage), the studio cut the picture down from its original 90 minute running time to just over an hour. Much of the sequence of the freaks attacking Cleopatra as she lay under a tree was removed, as were a number of comedy sequences and most of the film's original epilogue. A new prologue featuring a carnival barker was added, as was the new epilogue featuring the reconciliation of the tiny lovers. This shortened version had its premiere at the Fox Criterion in Los Angeles on February 10."
In the UK this film was banned for 30 years after it was first released and was originally banned in Australia.

Aikido Documentary with founder Morihei Ueshiba
O-sensei demonstrations in this old movie as well as explanations of Aikido. Probably looks peculiar to those who don't know what they are doing! =)
"Aikido is the principle of nonresistance.
Because it is nonresistant, it is victorious from the beginning.
Those with evil intentions or contentious thoughts are instantly vanquished."
-Morihei Ueshiba, Founder of Aikido
Ai (pronounced eye). Ai means harmony. Aikido's principles are embodied in the word "ai". The strategy of Aikido is to blend or harmonize with the attacker's energy. Aikido is non-aggressive. However, misinterpretations of "harmony" arise. First, people think harmony means passive. This is not Aikido. On the contrary, Aikido is extremely dynamic and powerful, but the goal of Aikido is to seek peace in the face of conflict.
Ki (pronounced key). A definition for Ki, in English, could never really encompass its whole meaning. In Aikido its meaning is "unseen force" or spirit or energy. Training in Aikido cultivates the spirit through discipline and sacrifice. The training of the spirit is essential to any martial art. The philosophy of Aikido is that through rigorous training we may be able overcome the conflict within ourselves. Once at peace, we will be able to harmonize with any attacking energy regardless of its verbal, physical, or emotional energy.
Do (pronounced dough). Do means path or way. Aikido is not a sport. A Do is not a sport. Aikido instead is a Budo. The training of Aikido does not involved comparing yourself with others to see who is the best. Instead students trains to improve themselves as human beings.
O-Sensei, the founder of Aikido, said that "Aikido is not for correcting others but for correcting your own mind." Mentioned earlier, Aikido is not a sport -- there are no competitions (some styles do compete, but the founder was specifically against this). Competition is about winning. Period. Winning at someone else's expense is really losing. In Aikido students improve themselves through rigorous training and working with other students who are better and more experienced.

Spice and Wolf Exit Theme
I love the song at the end of this Anime. So cute! I need to find out who does it. Also unsubbed, unlicensed in America, and up at Crunchyroll.com if you want to actually watch the episodes.
I like the singer's strong accent. For those who can't understand Engrish, these are the words as I understand them anyway!
7 Apple on the witch's tree, with 7 seeds to plant inside of me.
In springtime i grew a magic song, then skipping along,
i sang the song to everyone.
I look at the world through apple eyes and cut myself a slice of sunshine pie.
I danced with some peanuts'(?) butterflies and then that one told me
to say hello for every goodbye
Saw some sugar stars, oh, put them in a jar.
And we'll wish around the world, oh we'll wish around the world.
I'm a little wolf inside a cart. You say:
Off I go from June to May, oh, wish around the world. Let's wish around the world.
