Beyond the Beyond is a nice little RPG by Camelot (Golden Sun, Shining series, etc.) for the Playstation. It isn't ground-breaking by any means, but if you are looking for old-school hard-as-nails RPG action, then look no further. The game implements a system whereby mashing the X button at the right times during battles can increase your chances for critical hits, counters, guarding, and whatnot. Once you get the feel for it, it does make the game a lot easier, especially in the beginning when you are trying to get your bearings. This is the first video in a series I will be uploading over time. Soundtrack is composed by Motoi Sakuraba.
