LPG's SpineForce is like a visit to the gym on Star Trek. Amazing workouts for posture, balance, proprioception, and muscular fitness. When I work out on it I feel my somatic awareness increasing. It's an amazing exercise in attention to your neural system... like techno-yoga. Fun too.
