This is a piece I made 3 weeks ago. I recorded it 2 weeks ago but haven't had time to upload it until now. It's for the sweetest, funniest and smartest "almost" 9 years old girl I know! :-) I hope she, her mother and all my listeners and friends will like it. Yet another piece from my (still growing) Suite "Oceans of the Moon". This is Mare Nubium: 333 square kilometers wide. This is a bit different than the others because it's not as melodic. More "modern" in it's language, I think. Again made for Marie, my constant inspiration and love. Pelle

Another Toccata (I have recorded three) by Michelangelo Galilei! I think this music is so beautiful. I cannot believe it was composed in Italy in 1570!! Some harmonies and chord changes are very modern. This is in F#- minor but that is sucha pain in the -- to play so I trancribed it into e-minor and with a capo it sounds in g-minor! Fernando Sor is best in his many studies, I think. (apart form his Mozart Variations op. 9). This study in a-minor is part of my daily "warm-up" in the mornings. It's great for the right hand balance and staccato and for the left hand chords. This, together with a Tarrega study (I will post that soon) is a good start for me before playing my pieces. This is a funny thing I found in a shop in 2000: a book with music by H.M. The King of Thailand Bhumibol Adulyadej! (and no Jolina, Liran and Marie, it's NOT Bladish!) He is an accomplished saxophone player with a music diploma from the academy of Music in Vienna, Austria! The first time I tried this music I was amazed at the fun of it! There are tremolo pieces, Ragtime's, Lullaby's, even a piece called "Never mind the hungry man Blues"!! :-) (A title for a King!!) Not every piece is a master piece but this "H.M. Another piece in the series; "OCEANS OF THE MOON". This one is called: "Sea Of Crisis" [Mare Crisium], a more dramatic piece, but still with the beauty of the guitar. We, Marie and I, made this on the beach in front of her home in Miami Beach. We had to wait for bad weather and on the second last day before I was leaving, it rained! YAY! Marie filmed, edited and directed EVERYTHING! I only had to play the guitar. Am I lucky or what? Thank you lunalunanueva! The music was made for you, but you made the music alive! I am proud to announce the first recoring of Maria Linnemann's "SOLEDAD"! Maria composed this music this year and decided to dedicate it to me. It's a great honor! When I asked her what's behind the piece she told me: "It was inspired by a poem written by a poet of the '27 generation', Emilio Prados. Many poets fled Spain at the time of the civil war, and found a new home in S. America or Mexico. But they homesick, and their poems reflect their sadness. Prados' poem is called 'Cancion', and begins: Puente de mi soledad: con las aguas di mi muerte tus ojos se calmaran....'. With affection! Peo
