While visiting a Scenic Byway near Yampa Colorado we stopped off near a lake in the wilderness and glimpsed this small bird trying to balance on the limb of a Queen Ann's Lace with Columbine and other alpine meadow flowers in full bloom.

June 24, 2007 I flew in Glenwood Springs. I soared over a group of folks standing on a switchback and then out over the town before landing.
