The very definition of Capitalism includes that inefficient, unethical and poorly run operations will FAIL. There have been unscrupulous banks encouraging brokers to make more and more loans to homeowners, in turn the bank would then package these shakey loans into a financial vehicle that can be sold on the open markets. This practice use to be secured and backed by investment banks, now they are being called on to back up the bundled up loans that are/have failed. What does legislature and executive branches now do? Allow banks more leeway, give the banking cartel aka The Federal Reserve more room to control of our economy when our Constituion specifically states that only congress shall print money and regulate the economy.
