OMG SIMS!! XD I used to think Sims was a stupid and pointless video game, but this project made it all worth it. I had too much fun with this (and these aren't even the bloopers. I'll post bloopers later). Okay, so, the story... Uh, pretty much, Gaara and Naruto were dating, but then Naruto left Gaara for Sasuke. Introducing depressed/mad Gaara. Eventually Naruto changes his mind (rather fickle, yeah?) and goes back to Gaara, leaving Sasuke in the cold. Sasuke's not too happy about this, of course, and he's pretty mad at both Naruto and Gaara (Naruto more so, though). Luckily Sakura's there to comfort him XD This took me about a week to finish due mainly to the time it took to record the clips. Spoilers up to Shippuuden Episode 31. Ah, Gaara, how I missed making videos about you ^^ So, anywho, for once I decided to actually kind of get into how much Gaara's life sucks sometimes. The idea behind this is that nobody trusts or likes Gaara except for Naruto, who understands him perfectly. There's not really any pairing, but simply because it's me, NaruGaa is somewhat implied, I suppose. Warning for crappy attempts to lip-sync. Eventually I kind of gave up on lip-syncing... Whatever. I'm pretty happy with how it turned out (even though the video itself kind of depresses me). This took me about a week to finish, with long breaks in between. My first One Piece video, quite possibly my last. I cut the song down a ridiculously large amount because I lost all interest in the project, and I'm only posting it for closure (and because I promised myself I couldn't make another video about Gaara until I made 5 not about him, and by posting this I just need to make 2 more AMVs before I can make one about Gaara *cheers*). I will refrain from giving my own personal opinions on Sasuke in this video description... We can leave that rant for another time. Anywho, I'm pretty happy with how the video turned out. I cut the song a bit at the end cuz I was lazy. So, yeah, I think this is definitely one of my better videos. I figured out some new-to-me effects, but I will say that I figured them out mainly because I myself am brain-dead, and I just stared at NarutoSixth's 'Diary of Jane' video until I figured out how the effect was done (and no, mine isn't nearly as awesome as that video, but whatever. At least I can do it now ^^) After this video. I think the thing I'll do at the end will be taking the video and putting another song with it, instead of using the song and putting different clips with it. Spoilers up to Shippuuden Episode 32. My first request video! Raidon requested a NaruGaa video with this song. At first I wasn't sure, but when I listened to the song I decided to do it. I started working on it almost immediately after, but I ended up taking several breaks. That's why I finished The Bad Touch and Carol of the Bells before this one. I'm pretty happy with how it turned out, even though I realized after rendering it that I had reused a clip. By that point I was like, "Screw it, I don't care," and I uploaded it anyway. The video has a bit of a story to it. Essentially, when Gaara is killed by the Akatsuki, he actually stays dead. Naruto attends his funeral, as well as a memorial service held in Gaara's honor in Konoha. Technically I put something at the end, but it's in no way amusing or anything like that. It's just some manga images. By the time I started trying to think of something for the end, I had listened to the song far too many times and could not think of anything humorous to do. No flaming. Spoilers for the entire Rescue Gaara Arc (Shippuuden episodes 1-32). *screams bloody murder and attempts to attack video* *calms down, clears throat* So... this is a tribute to my favorite story arc in Naruto: the Rescue Gaara Arc. Why is it my favorite? Well, it has my favorite characters, and my least favorite is practically not in it at all. It's a win-win situation. So I got the [sarcasm]brilliant[/sarcasm] idea to make a tribute to it using what is probably my favorite song: Nara. Awesome song. So, I started working. *twitches* I tried to cram 32 episodes of awesome-ness into a little less than 5 minutes. *twitches again* While I had to cut out a ton of cool stuff (obviously), I am rather pleased with the result. And I discovered some clips that I can use in future videos. It was certainly an... interesting experience, if not horrendously tedious. Whatever. I hope you like it.
