This video is based on the El tango De Roxanne. Esmeralda is a prostitute who is being abused by her "master" Frollo. Quasimodo falls in love with her and tries to help her escape her fate. Only to be crushed when she won't stop. Jealous Frollo has her arrested and when he offers her freedom as his woman she denies and spits on him severing her ties as a prostitute. Quasimodo sees this and goes to save the woman he loves.
