Video Information as fellow: (1) (Before Ceremony) the counter to display our school’s events and activities by Photos and videos including 25th May 2008, 27th Hong Kong Opening Martial Arts Competition, and we got 1 pc First prize(=Golden Medal), 2 pcs Third Prize (=Bronze medal), 5 pcs Best Performance; 1st June 2008, Hong Hong Kung Fu Festival, World Hero event organized by New Martial hero magazine) and we got 13 pcs Golden Medals. 3 pcs Silver medal, 1 pc Bronze medal. Mr. Zhou Yong Hao (Chow Wing Hao was attempted 4 subjects (Maximum of each person) and he won 4 pcs of Golden Medal. Hou Quan Wushu Routine The earliest version of Houquan was first recorded in the time of the Han Dynasty (206 BCE-220 CE) when it was performed at the Imperial court. Later on, several other martial arts, which no longer exist independently, were incorporated into Houquan. There are many legends concerning famous Kung Fu masters observing monkeys in the wild and emulating their quick movements.

Shuangdao vs Qiang

In Zui Quan or the drunkard boxing, boxers falter, waddle, fall and sway just like drunkards. Zui Quan can be used for both fighting and maintaining health. However, the drunkard boxers go out of their way to stress the combative side of their style. They blend a series of movements, actions and skills o f the martial arts and try to confuse their opponents with special skills which often lead them to surprise triumphs. Execution of the drunkard boxing demands extreme flexibility of the joints as well as suppleness, dexterity, power and coordination all of which can be developed in the course of practice.The main feature of the drunkard boxing is to hide combative hits in drunkard-like, unsteady moveme nts and actions so s to confuse the opponent. The secret of this style of boxing is maintaining a clear mind while giving a drunken appearance. Drunkard boxers are required to be responsive with good eyesight and fist plays. They move in unconnected steps but with a flexible body combining hardness and suppleness. They have to be fast to get the better of their opponents but their main tactic is to feign defence while trying to attack and aiming in one direction but attacking in another. Various degrees of drunkenness are demonstrated by different ranges of movements and expressions in the eye

Baguazhang is one of the three orthodox "internal" styles of Chinese martial art (the other two being Taijiquan and Xingyiquan). Translated, Bagua means "Eight Trigram". This refers to the eight basic principles described in the ancient metaphysical treatise the Yijing (I-Ching), or "Book of Changes". Bagua is meant to be the physical manifestation of these eight principles. "Zhang" means "palm" and designates Baguazhang as a style of martial art which emphasizes the use of the open hand over the closed fist. Baguazhang as a martial art is based on the theory of continuously changing in response to the situation at hand in order to overcome an opponent with skill rather than brute force.
