I "made" ghost tetsu(found a tutorial online :P) and decided to try him out. No AI is changed, just increased his attack, decreased his defense, and made it so he can't get hit by projectiles lol.Watch the damn vid. I take on Mr. Fireworks himself! I really don’t think Dragon Claw needs an intro, but I’ll do it anyways. Dragon Claw is a character by Reu, yes, the same guy that brought us the evil duo. I don’t know if Most_Mysterious or The_None have anything against DC, but if it’s from Reu, they probably do, and I don’t blame them. Dragon Claw is one of the biggest combo whores in all of Mugen. He can turn 1 combo into another as long as he has super energy left, and all of them are fire based. He’s just a big fireworks show for Mugen. Note: Yeah, I know I didn’t finish him with a big super move, but I don’t really hate this guy as much as Evil Ken or Evil Ryu, that and the fact that he’s just to fast too do certain super moves on. A while ago, I got a request match to fight Mech Rugal with Tetsu. However, I actually forgot how much of a major pain in the ass this character was! Stage: Labratory By Chok BGM: Machinae Supremacy - March of the Undead 2 Mech Rugal is quite possibly the toughest Rugal made for Mugen. He's even cheaper than Warusaki3's God Rugal! Mech Rugal has insane speed, lots of power, and he has super armor during a few of his attacks! He can actually take down Perfect Storm X, Evil Ken, and even Hyper Neo-Kamek if he uses the right moves! If you want fight this guy, I suggest the following: 1: NEVER, EVER play keep away! That's how I got my ass kicked 5 times in a row against this guy! He's just too fast to spam projectiles at him from far away. 2: Chain attacks are your friends. If your using a character like Tetsu, chain attacks can really help you get some massive damage on this guy. 3: Throw moves can help out as well. Watch closely how I parry his attacks, then throw him. This will work a lot if he corners you. 4: Wait for him to come to you. Don't just rush right at him, unless you want him to use his hyper moves on you. Wait for him to rush and attack you. When you get an opening, try comboing or throwing him. Two lightning-charged Shoto-types duke it out. This one took me many tries and much frustration to get. Evil Ryu has superior stats all-around compared to Tetsu, and Tetsu doesn't have many ways to open gaps in the enemy AI's strategy. I finally found that using a similar style to Evil Ryu's AI (Multiple angles of projectile attack, chaining Super attacks) and taking advantage of the one thing that Tetsu has that Evil Ryu doesn't (Parries) was enough to take him down. And in other news, a New Introduction appears! Command?

I'm not sure what the hell this thing is... REQUESTERS WILL BE SHOT.
