Deputy David Wong is running for Sheriff for the City and County of San Francisco. Wong, a 16 year Deputy Sheriff, is currently the president of the Deputy Sheriff's Association and had the support of several law enforcement agencies in the area. Wong's oppenent for Sheriff is the current Sheriff of San Francisco and has been in office since 1979 (prior to that he was an Attorney).

This video was shot, in the mountains, along US Highway 2 Between Everett, and Wenatchee, in Washingtone State. It ends just before I ran into a Deputy Sheriff in Dougless County, who though that since I had out of state license plates on my car, it would be cool to give me a speeding ticket for going 66 in a 60 MPH zone (about 105 in a 95 KM/H zone). Flashinbg lights outside and my wife says "why don't you see what's going on" Apparently some guy two houses down was holed up inside with a gun and possibly holding his wife. The direct neighbors were evacuated and police set-up roadblocks. Officers took positions all around the house with their weapons drawn and called out several times for the suspect to "Come out with your hands up." to no avail. A sharpshooter took up a position atop the County building across the street and police dogs were brought in. Eventually polices approached the back of the house and apprehended the suspect. Just a sleepy little city in Central New York.

The driver was northbound on 46th Ave East and for some reason went offroad through a wire fence, a pile of rebar and off the embankment landing upside down on 204th street east. The door pillar on the passenger was cut out to remove the lone driver. So much for that Grand Prix. There is rebar sticking in the underside and hood of the car. Although injured, none life threatening.
