So like I'm just wondering, if this was an episode of Law & Order, or real life (I know for some its hard to think this way) and you looked at the pile of evidence surrounding this event, would it not be an open and shut case? Nodwell day! I took out my nowell for its first real run. it went well till the track came off. Then about 5 hours of work, then we got it home.

Yup - we should withdraw now - there's no way it's going to get better. Repairing the political wound will take many years. History will record all this as a huge stupid mistake whichever way you look at it and here we are allowing President Bush to continue to try to save face when EVERYONE knows it is a huge mistake. I particularly feel sorry for the parents of those in the Armed Forces - with an incompetent as Commander In Chief and no-one challenging him.
