Finally, this video has come out of my mind and onto the computer. For a measure of just how badly I wanted to do this video and how strongly I felt about it, consider this--when I went and saw WICKED in London, I had never heard this song before....but when they started singing, it was about thirty seconds into the performance that I suddenly realized how perfectly the song would fit into a Toph and Katara music vid around Ba Sing Se. I had no Avatar clips at that point, but I wanted to make it--it was too perfect. In other words, I was sitting inside the Apollo Victoria theater watching the musical I'd been dying to see for MONTHS, and I was thinking about an Avatar music video in the middle the show when I couldn't even make it. How's THAT for a perfect concept? Apologies to Nairo for semi-stealing the title, but it's just too perfect....and I'd forgotten that Nairo called it that, so....it was subtle. "One Short Day in Ba Sing Se," a very nice rhythm. And this is also a little make-up to Katara and Toph for cutting them from La Vie Boheme. For a subtlety, I suggest watching my La Vie Boheme vid right before watching this one--you might pick something up that made me quite gleeful. Toph is so out-of-character in this one, she makes "Wind Beneath My Wings" Azula look canon. XD Toph is Elphaba, Katara is Glinda.... If this song doesn't make you smile, you have issues. Or maybe I'm the one with issues. Either way, ENJOY THIS!!! I own nothing. Viacom owns the clips, Broadway owns the music, give my regards. Idina Menzel and Kristen Chenoweth. OH! And props to whoever it was on YouTube who uploaded this vid...they just haven't put it up here....they had a really good Ba Sing Se vid to this song, and I pretty much stole their opening sequence with Aang, so....:) EDIT: I believe the person who did the original was melina678. Well, YouTube deleted this one, so it's coming up here... Just in case, Viacom owns the characters, and I think WB owns the movie the song comes from. Ty Lee and Mai shipping, the song actually got me on to the ship, so I had to make this. Song is from RENT, the movie, and is sung by Idina Menzel and Tracie Thoms. Maureen and Joanne, respectively. Some of the lip-syncs are so good, it scared me when I found them, because they just locked.

Idina Menzel has a solo record called "I Stand" coming January 2008.

This is my first Berserk AMV this was inspired by the movie Beowulf, Berserk Anime and the Abridged Series I hope fans of these series like it as much as I enjoyed making it.
