Kadarius Newsome hates school, but he can't drop out until he's 18 because he’s on probation for truancy. The main problem he has with school is that every time he goes, he keep shaving run-ins with J.T., who doesn’t like Kadarius because of something that happened between their brothers - which led to them both serving time. A mentor soon comes along to help Kadarius learn to think through his problems, but J.T. has no interest in solving their conflict peacefully, and in a split-second confrontation, Kadarius is forced to make a decision that puts both his future and his freedom on the line.

Brittany has run away, at the fear that she might be pregnant with Raul's baby. Raul cannot get in touch with her and JT is deep down worried about her as well.

Brittany is anything but excited about the news. She claims that she doesn't want to be in the way. She doesn't want to impose. | After Bobby and Brittany leave, Mac comes to the conclusion that Brittany is hiding something and that she's trying to make a point by marrying Bobby.

Brittany's wedding day. | Mac tries to get JT to just get over to the wedding and tell Brittany how he feels. She knows that he'll regret it for the rest of his life if he doesn't.
