I had forgotten all about this footage. I did this in July, I believe. Wasn't exactly sure what I wanted. I think I was going for a phrenetic (is this a word even?) feel, sort of like my Tosca video. Music is off Mice Parade, the last one and I'm really lazy right now. It's a good album and that's my review.

Sorry, the lighting is so bad. I have these low Watt lightbulbs which just aren't that bright:P haven't done an art vid in a while. i love to paint castles. hopefully, I can get more of these done. OH, and yes, I have to do those portrait vids. This is the band Hum singing 'Green to Me' off of their 'Downward is Heavenward' album. This album rules. I listened to it a bajillion times in college and it still rocks. I recommend it if you like the indie rock.

I've been getting some haters lately. I hadn't really gotten them in a while. I got a bunch for my lonelygirl parody and my geriatric1927 parody (his fans are really hard-core). I actually was afraid to read my comments for a while because they used to bother me. I don't really get too upset anymore, mostly annoyed. This was one I just got. I thought it was pretty funny. Maybe it's a joke, I don't know. I might have to get rid of the comments on my page because of a hater spamming comments.

Okay, I've been seeing videos like this. Skillish has done some and I've been seeing "what is your favorite movie" videos. I have a bunch of burned DVDs, too. A lot of John Carpenter movies. I love John Carpenter movies. Favorite movies: I like the Harry Potter movies, Star Wars, the Alien movies, zombie movies. You know the thing to do is get the DVD burning software and get Netflix and just burn all the movies you like. You would save a ton of money.

For some reason Part 2 of my shout out video didn't encode properly. So I further broke it down into 2 even smaller pieces. I live in Andersonville. It's the Swedish/lesbian neighborhood of Chicago. It's just north of Wrigleyville. It's nice. The main strip reminds me a small town Main street. Lots of restaurants, furniture stores, well, just about any store you can think of. The street that's shown mostly is Clark which is a major street in Chicago. The beach is just a few blocks east. The people are pretty diverse, multi-ethnic. not too many artists, though. I should have done this yesterday when it was warm. It was pretty chilly this morning. I want to tape more of Chicago now since the weather's nice. I just got this Tortoise compilation, A Lazarus Taxon. It's 3 discs of music and a DVD. It's pretty good. Instrumental. pretty chill. I recommend it and that's my review.

I put some enamel down for the base color. I really like enamel. It's nice and glossy, but sticky and messy. I need some more white markers. That's the bad thing about them, they kind of dry quickly. Another song I put together. I want to make good music to listen to when walking. yeah!

My brother's 32nd birthday is coming up, so today I went out and got him some SWEET presents.
