Having been fried in the HoloPod before(When he first resurrected Lt. Adams), the Tyrant is reluctant to use the twitchy technology of the Life-Entity Hologram Transmitter, but it's really the only safe way for the Tyrant to appear in Galactic Court without leaving Tyrantulania.
