HUMMER’s Design Director Carl Zipfel doesn’t have to go very far to seek out adventure. In fact, all he has to do is step out his back door. He designed a dirt bike track in his backyard. It’s a family thing too – even his three children are fixtures on the track. He also describes how his passion for extreme sports played a role in the 2009 H3T Alpha. IGotShotgun follows the Rod Hall Racing Team during the 2008 Baja 500. Both the H3 and H3 Alpha won their classes, making Rod Hall the career leader in class wins at the Baja 500.
