Having seen a few different ways of going about putting a camera in a helmet, I thought I'd share mine. It has the front cut out with a hole (using a carberundum stick plus a bottle top the size of the biggest telescopic lense for guidence) where the vent was. After my first vid I added an old (non prescription) glasses lens (glued in place with safety foam from the area I ripped out). I also used cheap velcro (which isn't really up to it) and a bit of elastic, from an old pair of boxers (underwear). The vid is just a bit of fun, but I hope this explanation helps a little.(No pictures were taken during the "creative process", otherwise i would have posted them too)

First episode of a series of dirt bike v-logs to come. Inspired by Mordeth13's v-logs, but in the dirt. The camera still needs a little adjusting, and I need to mount the microphone better with some foam over it to keep some of the wind noise down. This is actually take three of this first one as I had encountered some problems getting everything going. hope you enjoy!

This is just a quick helmet cam test. I snagged a Kodak V570 since it seems like all the motorcycle vloggers have one after 88hawaii suggested it. I'm not sure why but I'm getting weird lines in the video. I think it might have something to do with my visor.

It's as the title says. In the video I mention the old velcro dots. These have since been removed. i will be making another video on how to stop your visor from fogging up on the inside. I've tried it and it works!!
