Gerard Kucharek belastert al jaren diverse personen en heeft al vele valse aangiften tegen hen gedaan. Hoe gestoord deze man is blijkt uit dit telefoongesprek met een officier van justitie. Niet alleen doet hij net alsof hij Matt Hoorn is, hij belastert vele personen in dit gesprek terwijl hij op 10 april 2008 plechtig beloofd heeft aan de rechtbank dat hij dat nooit meer zou doen op straffe van gijzeling. Omdat hij desondanks gewoon blijft doorgaan met zijn laster zal hij binnenkort gegijzeld worden. Een eventuele hartinfarct is dan zijn eigen schuld. Zowel de foto als de geluidsopname zijn door Kucharek zelf op Internet gezet. Wij hebben deze enkel samengevoegd tot een video.
