Desiderata (a paraphrase perhaps)
by Max Ehrmann
WALK lightly amid the noise and haste, and know what peace there may be in silence. as far as possible without surrender, be on good terms with all persons.
SPEAK your truth quietly and clearly; and listen to others, even the dull and ignorant; they too have their story.
IF you compare yourself with others, you may become vain and bitter; for there will always be greater and lesser persons than yourself.
KEEP an active interest in your careers and endeavors, however humble, for they are real possessions in the changing fortunes of time.
BE yourself. Especially do not feign affection or attention, or be cynical about LOVE; for in the face of all aridity and disenchantment, it is as perennial as the grass.
NURTURE strength of spirit to shield you in sudden misfortune. But do not distress yourself with idle or deceptive imagining. Many fears are born of fatigue and lonliness. Rather, channel your thoughts to the positive, directing them to the wonders around you, never ceasing to hold yourself in a constant perspective to those things greater than yourself.
YET beyond a wholesome discipline, be gentle with yourself. You are a child of the universe, no less than the trees and the stars; you have a right to be here, and a purpose. Whether or not it is clear to you, no doubt the universe is unfolding as it should. Therefore, be at peace with God, whatever your beliefs. And whatever your labors and aspirations in the noisey confusion of Life, keep at peace with your soul.
FOR with all it's sham, drudgery and broken dreams, it is still a beautiful world.

JUPITER and another candle for peace to all 8 billion people
JUPITER - a song by Hirahara Ayaka based on Gustov Holts' PLANETS
This is a very interesting piece because it is based on the Jupiter piece which is part of the PLANETS by Gustov Holst
The Planets Op. 32 [1] is a seven-movement orchestral suite by the English composer Gustav Holst, written between 1914 and 1916. Notable for its elaborate score for large orchestra with some unusual instruments, The Planets is the most-performed composition by an English composer.[1] Its first complete public performance was on October 10, 1920 in Birmingham, with Appleby Matthews conducting. However, an earlier invitation-only premiere occurred during World War I on September 29, 1918, in London's Royal Albert Hall, conducted by Sir Adrian Boult[1].
The elaborate score of The Planets produces unusual, complex sounds by using some unusual instruments[2] and multiples of instruments in the large orchestra (like Mahler's Sixth of 1906), such as three oboes, three bassoons, two piccolos, two harps, bass oboe, two timpani players, glockenspiel, celesta, xylophone, tubular bells, and organ (see "Instrumentation" below). Holst had been influenced by Stravinsky, [3] who used four oboes and four bassoons in his Rite of Spring (1912-1913) and by Schoenberg's 1909 composition titled "Five Pieces for Orchestra"

Summertime,
And the livin' is easy
Fish are jumpin'
And the cotton is high
Your daddy's rich
And your mamma's good lookin'
So hush little baby
Don't you cry
One of these mornings
You're going to rise up singing
Then you'll spread your wings
And you'll take to the sky

Hymne à l'amour pianowaristed by eLi gARF
"Hymne à L'Amour" ("Hymn to Love" fr.... "Hymne à L'Amour" ("Hymn to Love" fr.) is a popular French song originally performed by Édith Piaf. The lyrics were written by Piaf and the music by Marguerite Monnot. It was originally recorded on 2 May 1950, and has been redone in English as "If You Love Me (Really Love Me)". Piaf apparently wrote the song as a tribute to the man she considered the love of her life; French boxer Marcel Cerdan, who died in a plane crash in 1949.

Schubert Impromptu Op. 90, #3 - pianowaristed by eLi gARF
his is the third of four Impromptus written by Franz Schubert in about 1827, about a year before Schubert died at the age of 31.
according to http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Impromptus_(Schubert):
No. 3 in G-flat major
The third of the Op. 90 Impromptus, in G-flat major, is characterised by the sustained contrast of relatively slow, stationary themes with the constant rapid movement of broken triads in the middle registers. The piece exploits this contrast in order to establish the paradoxical impression of being both simplistic and complex, static and dynamic, beautiful and brutish -- all at the same time. It is perhaps because of this Janus-like duplicity, along with its easily accessible melodies and the high level of technical proficiency required for performance, that the piece was featured prominently in the 1997 film Gattaca -- with slight modifications, of course, which rendered it unplayable by a ten fingers.
Though written in G-flat major, it was long transposed to and printed in G major (a much simpler key). The original version is now generally preferred.

My apologies but in order to get under 100 megabites and upload to YT, I had to cut off the first 17 seconds of this reading. It is just a reading, so please donT expect the most brillian performance.
But for you music lovers, I suggest you just sit back and listen instead of watching for there is not so much to see, but its a beautiful piece.

in reply to Rob Ottawarocket's wonder... in reply to Rob Ottawarocket's wonderful speech about jogging, we present this brief response followed by the great tune DESPERADO by the Eagles.
our timing is a little off due to the lack of sleep, but maybe its not that bad.
anyway, here are the lyrics:
Desperado, why don't you come to your senses?
You been out ridin' fences for so long now
Oh, you're a hard one
I know that you got your reasons
These things that are pleasin' you
Can hurt you somehow
Don' you draw the queen of diamonds, boy
She'll beat you if she's able
You know the queen of heats is always your best bet
Now it seems to me, some fine things
Have been laid upon your table
But you only want the ones that you can't get
Desperado, oh, you ain't gettin' no youger
Your pain and your hunger, they're drivin' you home
And freedom, oh freedom well, that's just some people talkin'
Your prison is walking through this world all alone
Don't your feet get cold in the winter time?
The sky won't snow and the sun won't shine
It's hard to tell the night time from the day
You're loosin' all your highs and lows
Ain't it funny how the feeling goes away?
Desperado, why don't you come to your senses?
Come down from your fences, open the gate
It may be rainin', but there's a rainbow above you
You better let somebody love you, before it's too
and then for some reason... it gets cut off, followed by a little rant.
have a gr86,400 seconds every day.
