The Gray Tree Frog
I put this video together for TheChildrensTable, and those of us not afraid to admit a fascination with the gifts that Mother Nature has given us. A year ago, we met our first Grey Tree Frog, Pudge, when he clung to the window beside our front door. This spring, he was joined by Spout, who was found in the downspout of the eaves trough of our shed. A tree branch to sit on, dirt and moss to burrow in, clean, springwater to soak in with an occasional spray bottle shower, and a supply of crickets keeps them healthy and happy.
