Jim Norton and EROCK had their eyes lasered, so they're doing a live read for the sponsor. While Jim delivers his lines with poise and professionalism, EROCK has the whole room laughing hysterically.

EROCK, one of the producers of the Opie and Anthony Show, is constantly under watch for the slightest weight gain. When it became obvious that he was drifting off his FAT SMASH DIET, the crew of the O&A show decided to mock him once again by putting him on the in-studio scale for a weigh-in.

As ERock struggles to lose weight on the Fat Smash Diet, the rest of the Opie and Anthony Show staff continues to torture him about every piece of food he throws into his gullet. In this clip, ERock finally freaks out on Opie,Anthony, and Jim. Thanks to Sam for the clip.

Opie came up with an idea for a contest while he was draining the main vein during the show, and that idea was to find out who on staff had the most impressive underwear skid mark. That quickly degenerated into trying to find out who had the smelliest ass...so of course, EROCK was enlisted to do the sniffing

The Opie and Anthony Show staff spent the morning watching 'Cinnamon Challenge' videos online, and our own EROCK agreed to TRY swallow a tablespoon full of cinnamon, administered by Comedian Robert Kelly. It didn't work. EROCK puked up a cloud of cinnamon.

Opie and Anthony's new boss Tracy had a geniune stripper pole installed in the on-air studio, but since we didn't have any STRIPPERS to test it out, we used the next best thing... our own Sexbagel (E Rock), whose meaty bosoms were quite at home wrapped around that pole. Steve C and Tim from KROCK had to sit on the base, which had not been properly bolted down.

The CBS FM studio was re-located just down the hall...NEXT DOOR, actually... to the Opie and Anthony show studio. Of course, in the spirit of being hospitable, young E Rock was sent to say "Hello" to our oldies-spinning neighbors.

During a heated segment on the XM side of the Opie and Anthony Show, Master Po is confronted about the amount of people who attended the debut broadcast of his radio show, 'The Arena'. The argument quickly moves on to a number of other gripes the staff has with Master Po are brought to light, as Erock, Travis, and Steve join Danny in the studio.

E-Rock, who has the weakest constitution known to man, steps up to the plate...or...garbage can...to judge the breath of the finalists in the bad breath contest...and nearly pukes his guts out.

Ladies and Gentlemen, EROCK/Erik/Segbagel/Hawk/Whatever earned his big bully stripes today when he took it upon himself to tinkle all over [uber-O&A-fan and annoyance] Fleaman's awful Art Homework. We'll be honest, what Flea calls art is really more like a 1st grade show-and-tell project.

Our own Erock/Sexbagel/Hawk/Erik/Whatever gets subjected to the awfulness that is Sandy Kane's hemorrhoid, and in true Erock fashion, he vomits into a bucket seconds after.

During a live radio show, there are very few occasions that would justify one of the main players leaving the studio. Being on fire would be one of those justifiable reasons. Getting an envelope with two glossy photos in it is NOT one of those reasons. This is EROCK getting yelled at for abandoning his post during the show.

EROCK, one of the producers of the Opie and Anthony Show, is a grown man who loves professional wrestling, and who adores Hulk Hogan. What better reason to spend sixty seconds beating up on the guy.

Once again, Erik 'EROCK' Nagel is subjecting himself to something awful. Today's awfulness includes getting an up-close whiff of Tippy Tom's homeless ass. Once again, ERock pukes his guts out.

Erock/Erik/Sexbagel/Hawk/whateveryouwanttocallhim gets on the air and describes how he proposed to his lovely fiance. He gets so emotional, that he begins to cry. Jim Norton thinks it's hysterical when grown men cry, so we made this video special for Jimmy.
