Just watched an "live feed" from ABC at 8:06:10 where we are supposed to see parts of the chopper "legs" getting caught in the camera. The chopper seems to make make maybe a 90 degree right turn, yet the focus of the camera on WTC dosen't move an inch. That would be an amazingly coordinated teamwork between the pilot and the cameraoperator! Consider those guys supposedly in the chopper circeling around in the sky feeding the live coverage. Never once out of target Sometimes we see the towes "swaying" form side to side, never up or down or to either sides. Later on You actually see the camera capturing (following) the chopper "legs", not moving exactly with it as You would expect if it was mounted. That's some smooth camera operating job.

The Institute 22 organization was created in 1978, by the Academy of Sciences and the Ministry of Defense in the Soviet Union. It's mission was to investigate UFOs in the Soviet Union. Institute 22 was a secret organization for 13 years (until the fall of the Soviet Union), and can be compared to the American Majestic 12 and Project Blue Book. During its existence a great number of soldiers, sailors and pilots of the Red Army were given orders to watch for UFO's and other unexplained events, without any further information. The orders could be handed out quite easily since the Ministry of Defense was involved - thus no questions could be asked. Institute 22 have investigated around 3000 UFO reports. Only about 5-10% of all cases remained unexplained when the organization dissolved. There is a conspiracy theory that Institute 22 was involved in a cover-up of a near-nuclear launch. In 1982, one of the Soviet Nuclear Bases was brought online, and for no apparent reason a nuclear missile was ready to launch. After 30 seconds of panic and chaos, the launch was aborted as mysteriously as it had appeared. Later, witnesses said that there had been some UFO activity near the area of the base - thus the reason for Institute 22's involvement and cover-up.

Looked out of my bedroom window at 6:15 this a.m. I saw a bright glowing object that i thought was on the mountain. I then went into my other bedroom to get a better look, because of the tree. After taping there, i went back to my bedroom, so i could tape it without the screen, or through the glass. It was very bright, and had a red glow around it, sometimes the top would have a green light, and a red light on the bottom. There were these tiny black objects, that were attached on the top, and the bottom of this object, and they appeared to be rotating on the white ufo. The ufo was not on the mountain, but after viewing the video on the computer, i knew it was hovering just behind that tree. I took my eyes off of it for about three seconds and when i looked it was gone.
