This is it, The Story I've been trying to tell for a few months now. I made a rather moody prototype about a month ago that was mostly my emotional perspective and glossed over a lot of facts and events, but I decided if I was going to tell The Story, I might as well tell all of it. This started as a description of the end of my marriage (yes, watch the video), but to tell the whole thing I had to go back a bit- but in retrospect, a 5-year story works out well. Bear in mind that this is a story of my REAL life, not my career, not my crazy family's story, or any (meh, much) stuff like that. Still, I think it would make a pretty damn good book, if told right- very Douglas Coupland, I think. I'm pretty proud of the work, the editing, and the narration. There are about three no-no's that I commit, but not many people will catch them, so I'm not worried. THIS has been the project I've been pouring my creative energy into for a while, so now that it's released, I can get on to other business, and make some new creative short movies and stuff. I had a lot going on in my life when this movie came out; This movie hit me hard made me realize things about myself. America needs more movies like these to be done in Hollywood. Great lines! It is the best "coming of age" film, better than the graduate. Matt wrote the plot. Ben wrote the pratical jokes. Robin Williams wrote the indepth moments about life. Movies like this seem all to rare these days. It’s all horror and action and chic flicks these days. The types of movies that are so cliché you know the ending after the first 10mins. What A Great Inspiration! With Perfect Casting, this is one of my favorite films of all time Matt Damon was so awesome to play a cocky young man! I hope all of us see the realities of what is Truly important in our Lives and how we need to be aware of other Peoples needs and desires! Peace! YF Reg!! Btw. My most interesting under the radar moment was where Will describes why he wouldn't work for the NSA. For All my Crew, who know the Truth!
