I was in Panama, stationed at the Rodman Naval base across the Pacific end of the Canal from Panama City with only months left till I was in Vietnam, when WoodStock took place.

The construction of Blenheim was originally intended to be a gift to John Churchill, the 1st Duke of Marlborough from a grateful nation in return for military triumph against the French and Germans. Blenheim Palace is also notable as the birthplace and ancestral home of Prime Minister Winston Churchill.
