071013-31 Going To Wailuku Town in Maui

071013-31_Going_To_Wailuku_Town_in_MauiI'm contemplating staying overnight in Maui, so I heard towards Wailuku, where there are a couple hostels. I was thinking about staying at a hotel, but they're a bit too expensive, and I wanted to keep my costs down. After all, I'm gone all day, and I just need a place to sleep and shower.

071013-33 The North Shore Hostel in Wailuku, Maui, Hawaii

071013-33_The_North_Shore_Hostel_in_Wailuku,_Maui,_HawaiiI pay a visit to the North Shore Hostel in Wailuku, Maui. It seems that Wailuku has a bunch of hostels, and it's just two blocks away from the Banana Bungalow. I do a brief walk-through of the facility. It's a much cleaner facility, and I would stay there, except I would worry about my motorcycle being stolen.

75 POUNDS LOST IN KIHEI, HAIKU, WAILUKU, MAUI, HAWAII

75_POUNDS_LOST_IN_KIHEI,_HAIKU,_WAILUKU,_MAUI,_HAWAIIWhat is constipation?http://www.CaptainColon.com Constipation means different things to different people. For many people, it simply means infrequent stools. For others, however, constipation means hard stools, difficulty passing stools (straining), or a sense of incomplete emptying after a bowel movement. The cause of each of these "types" of constipation probably is different, and the approach to each should be tailored to the specific type of constipation. Constipation can also alternate with diarrhea. This pattern is more commonly considered as part of the irritable bowel syndrome (IBS). At the extreme end of the constipation spectrum is fecal impaction, a condition in which stool hardens in the rectum and prevents the passage of any stool. The number of bowel movements generally decreases with age. Ninety-five percent of adults have bowel movements between three and 21 times per week, and this would be considered normal. The most common pattern is one bowel movement a day, but this pattern is seen in less than 50% of people. Moreover, most people are irregular and do not have bowel movements every day or the same number of bowel movements each day. Medically speaking, constipation usually is defined as fewer than three bowel movements per week (this is crazy). Severe constipation is defined as less than one bowel movement per week ( a road to disease). There is no medical reason to have a bowel movement every day ( that is why medicine is very flawed). Going without a bowel movement for two or three days does not cause physical discomfort, only mental distress for some people. Contrary to popular belief, there is no evidence that "toxins" accumulate when bowel movements are infrequent or that constipation leads to cancer ( give me a break, if you do not eliminate waste where else can the toxins go?).It is important to distinguish acute (recent onset) constipation from chronic (long duration) constipation. Acute constipation requires urgent assessment because a serious medical illness may be the underlying cause (e.g., tumors of the colon). Constipation also requires an immediate assessment if it is accompanied by worrisome symptoms such as rectal bleeding, abdominal pain and cramps, nausea and vomiting, and involuntary weight loss. Please do yourself a favor if you have constipation go on a colon cleanse or see a colon hydrotherapist. http://www.CaptainColon.com

Colon Cleansing in Haiku, Wailuku, Kihei, Maui, Hawaii

Colon_Cleansing_in_Haiku,_Wailuku,_Kihei,_Maui,_Hawaiihttp://www.volcanoHealing.com http://www.CaptainColon.comHow to beat constipation, IBS, bloating, stomach pain and skin problems while gaining more energy and a flatter stomach at the same time If you once suffered from constipation, IBS, severe gas and bloating, weight gain, chronic fatigue, acid reflux, parasites, stomach pain, diverticulitis, skin and hair problems and many other common ailments. They put an end to their suffering by becoming clean inside as you read every word of this article, I will tell you how they did it - and how you can do it too. If you've been struggling with these problems for some time, chances are you've tried everything to make the pain go away. You've tried laxatives and other OTC and prescription drugs, commercial fiber supplements, maybe even colonoscopy or surgeries. All to no avail as you're still suffering. Why? Because the root cause of the problem was never eliminated. The Root Cause and The Dirtiest Secret So what is the root cause of most digestive ailments? Look at the picture below. How would you feel if long pieces of old toxin-filled fecal matter were stuck to the inside of your colon for months or even years? Would you feel constipated, bloated and lethargic? Would your bowels be irritated by this debris day in and day out causing what we call IBS? Just think about what else toxic build-up like this can cause? Stomach pain and constipation? Fatigue, gas and bloating? Headaches and indigestion? Weight gain and a large protruding belly? The list is almost endless. "Death Begins In The Colon" You probably never heard about this before as this is literally the dirtiest secret in America today. As the Vegetarian Times so aptly wrote: "Of all the polite topics of conversation, the state of one's intestines is probably at the bottom of most people's lists. Let's face it: Irritable bowel syndrome, constipation, gas, diverticulitis and colon cancer are simply not things we like to discuss. And yet, as the old expression goes, death begins in the colon. Don't believe it? Ask any coroner. Autopsies often reveal colons that are plugged up to 80 percent with waste material." - Vegetarian Times, March, 1998 http://www.volcanoHealing.com http://www.CaptainColon.com
