The alarming decline in bee populations across the United States and Europe represents a potential ecological apocalypse, an environmental catastrophe that could collapse the food chain and wipe out humanity. Bees are an "indicator species". When their populations collapse, it is a clarion call that something very wrong is afoot in the environment. While their various causes may be quite different, similar collapses in populations of indicator species include frogs and other amphibians, as well as butterflies. Entire food webs are disrupted when these events occur. Man is not, nor will not, be immune from the implications of this. Some say it is the wireless network we created (mobile phones and hubs) some GM and so on but there is a big chance that the imune system of the insects was destroyed by the very intensive "chemtrails" activity. I made this video quite a while ago in 2006 and was one of my first videos as you can see by it's poor technical quality. It is a mix between a promotional video and archive memory of my time with two special groups. The first is called the 'Green Team' which is a conservation group for young people aged 14 - 25. It offers day projects in and around the Lothians in Edinburgh. The group is ran by a brilliant group of leaders and I really recommend anyone to join up as leader or volunteer. They run day projects and residential projects away for two days and an annual week long trip, all optional. I have been a member from 2006 to present although not yet in 2008 as I've been too busy. The other group is called 'go4It' which gives young people activities to do during the summer, again I highly recommend it.

"Because it's killing the planet!" The song society is based on an amazing story by Jon Krakauer about the adventures of Christopher McCandless. It was recently made into a film.
