In celebration of Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End being released, the Rough Rhinos would like to lead a bunch of other scoundrels, knaves, and ne'er-do-well-cads in a stirring rendition of the song. Musical tribute and rum to follow. The tribute is basically an arrangement of clips that one might expect to see in a Pirates movie, or SEEN in a Pirates movie (e.g., 3-way-fight), that are in Avatar. There are more, yes, but I chose a bunch that synched up. Hope you enjoy! See the movie this weekend!

OK so this does have a fire nation P.O.V. to it, it is kind of confusing I have to say, but lets just pretend the people in "Imprisioned" are firenation :). You all will love the end, trust me, and the end of the Potc. Part killed me. I owe everything to the show on this one! The only credit I'm taking, really, is making the connections in my head and actually making the vid itself--but really, this video is its own creator. And to everyone else who has their own versions. :) I originally wanted Zuko to be Jack Sparrow, but then, I decided on the more fun approach. This is sort of a hybrid of Avatar and Pirates, parallelling situations as much as characters. Watch, and you'll get the idea....:) The hardest thing in the world was that swordfight. I think I did well, though. And yes, Azula and Sparrow switch places for a moment, but hey, the shot worked. DON'T KILL ME!!! Yeah, I'm putting off the La Vie Boheme vid. It'll be down and up again sometime soon, though, I hope. Ah, well, enjoy this! And Cutler Beckett is a line hog....

Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. plans to cut 400 jobs all due to the increase of gas prices. Since the beginning of the year the companies’ fuel bill rose to $180 million dollars. The Miami-based cruise line handed out pink slips to workers on Monday. Richard D. Fain, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Royal Carribbean, told the Miami Herald that, “the bulk of the jobs being cut are in Miami and in Broward.” The cruise operator announced that their second quarter earnings of $84.7 million dollars fell into a slump… as compared to the same time last year when it was up at 128.7 million dollars. Royal Caribbean said that in order to cut costs by $125 million dollars, jobs would need to be eliminated.
