It is the nature of money that promotes greed, not human nature. Anything than can be hoarded facilitates greed. We shouldn't extrapolate our way of life on humankind at large. I'm not suggesting tribal life, but I am suggesting that, instead of being afraid of repeating history, we learn from it and operate in villages. I suggest we allow ourselves to be honest about the perils of modern day civilization and stop clinging to and defending the third-party control that money is and the unhealthy processed foods & preservatives that come with 'civilization'. Let's not suppose we know human nature. Humans have been around for a good while. This is about as improbable as globalization or the Airbus A380 once was before the Wright brothers. Are you the kind who would say, "Globalization can never work. Too many sovereign nations w/ their own militia"? Are you the type who would say, "How can a contraption that heavy fly"? ..or are you the type who thinks, "How can this be"? Your initial response will tell you a lot about yourself.
