At the same place where I got to practice sitting meditation for the first time, we were given a lecture by the Abbess there known as Aoyama Shundo, author of the book entitled Zen seeds which has been translated in various languages. In this video, I share some of the insights gained from her lecture.

Well It's finally finished rios4560 and I really hope you like it. It didnt turn out exactly how I thought it would when I played it on real player, but I guess its only to be expected when your using a messed up movie maker.
